In order to support these suppliers, ASR Group has invested in a team of hands-on advisors who work in the mills in supplier countries to provide advise on best practice. In addition, we help the local farmers by providing information on cane planting, land preparation, variety selection and when to harvest in what are called "out-grower schemes." test BEST PRACTICES We encourage suppliers to work toward best practice in the most practical and appropriate way for their individual businesses and consider Fair Trade as a global business model.
